My name is Mark Rosen, I am the founder of Port St. Lucie Fishing Charters and have been a fully qualified captain since 1996. My 100GT Master’s license is awarded by the US Coast Guard, and I am an instructor for the US Power Squadron. My fishing trip experience also included instruction for the Coast Guard Auxiliary. I am also a fully licensed boat broker in Port St Lucie, FL. After I retired from the position of fire chief in New Jersey, I relocated to Florida in 2005.

My weather policy is: Trips will be canceled or rescheduled if seas are larger than 2 to 3 feet or if there is a small craft weather advisory issued including the threat of thunderstorms.
